"Having trained as a research pharmacologist at University College London, Mark became an Intellectual Property litigator with two leading city solicitors’ firms. He was then appointed as the sole in-house counsel to Dunlop Slazenger Intl Ltd, before later becoming Head of Intellectual Property at The Body Shop Intl Plc. He is now a specialist Intellectual Property barrister at Hardwicke Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn. Mark has been a member of the boards of various brand led companies, including the Gucci subsidiary responsible for managing the brand name Alexander McQueen, and is a trustee of The Globe Theatre."
