Mark Finkelstein is a blogger with NewsBusters and with the U.S. Department of Defense's Bloggers' Roundtable.
In November 2006, Finkelstein was the "first Pentagon-credentialed blogger" to travel to Iraq.[1]

"Finkelstein has a B.S. from Cornell University, an Ed.M. and a J.D. magna cum laude from SUNY Buffalo, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law. He lives in Ithaca, NY where he hosts Right Angle, a local political talk show recently named 'Best of the Best' among local public-access shows, and writes food and wine stories for the Ithaca Times. Mark spent ten days in Iraq in November, 2006, mainly in Anbar Province. He is currently seeking a publisher for his anti-terrorism thriller, Albergue Olimpico."[2]
