Mark Handelman "is the President of Sector 3 Strategies, a firm providing management consulting services to the non-profit community. For twenty five years he served as the CEO of the New York Association for New Americans (NYANA) and was instrumental in the resettlement of 1,000 Tibetans in the United States during the early nineteen-nineties. He was part of the delegation that accompanied His Holiness the Dalai Lama on his first trip to Israel in 1991. In addition to serving on the Board of International Campaign for Tibet, Mark is a founder and co-chair of the New York Tibetan Alliance. [1]
