Mary K. Radpour

Mary K. Radpour "is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently in private practice. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, teaching in the areas of psychology, social work and women’s studies. Additionally, she currently holds the position of consultant and trainer for The Authenticity Project, a non-profit foundation dedicated to integrating psychology and ethics.

"Her clinical expertise has been honed by focused training and treatment of the following conditions: depression, post-trauma treatment of sexual abuse, gay and lesbian issues, anxiety and eating disorders, gender dysphoria, and craving and relapse prevention in substance abuse.

"She is a founding member of the Baha'i Association of Mental Health Professionals and a board member of the Baha'i Network on AIDS, Sexuality, Addictions, and Abuse. She has served as an Auxiliary Board Member for 15 years, and has also worked as the Editor of the Bahá’í children’s magazine, Brilliant Star. She is married to Iraj Radpour, they have 4 children and 9 grandchildren."
