Matthew W. Barrett

Matthew Barrett "brings over 40 years of extensive experience in international banking and finance to the Board. Appointed a director in January 2008, Mr. Barrett is the former Chairman and CEO of Barclays PLC. He began his career at the Bank of Montreal in 1962 where he held a variety of management positions in international banking and treasury during his 37 year tenure. In 1989, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1990."
