Biographical Information

Mr Dalman is the non-executive ENRC "Chairman of the Company, having been a non-executive Director since 6 December 2007 and Senior Independent Director between September 2011 and February 2012. He chairs the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.

"Mr Dalman is Vice-chairman of Winnington, a private equity firm investing in China, a member of the Board of Cardiff City Football Club, and Chairman of WMG Group, a financial services company he founded in 2004. Mr Dalman held seats on the Supervisory Boards of Deutsche Börse and EUREX Zurich AG. He was also a member of the Board of Directors at Commerzbank AG, where he founded and led Commerzbank Securities, the investment arm of the Group."
