Mr. Hargreaves joined Catalyst Capital in 2002 from Kilmartin Development Company, where he had been responsible for major construction projects for developers, contractors and investors in the UK. His management and financial responsibility covered projects ranging in size from £500,000 up to £100 million. For ten years prior to working at Kilmartin, Mr. Hargreaves was Managing Director of Mountglen, a development and investment company. He joined Catalyst Capital to oversee and manage Catalyst Development Services."
