Michael Lindsay

Mr Michael Lindsay "graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree with First Class Honours in Mining Engineering from the University of NSW and a Master of Business Administration from the AGSM. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice.

"Prior to joining Tenix he held various management positions with BP Coal, Energy Resources of Australia and North Limited.

"Mr Lindsay joined Tenix in 1993 as Assistant Company Secretary and was appointed Company Secretary and Acting Group Treasurer in 2006.

"Mr Lindsay is currently Group Company Secretary of Tenix, Director of Tenix Pty Limited, Director of the Tenix Foundation and a Director of the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation."
