Biographical Information
"Michael joined Nordgold in October 2010 as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee. He is a member of the executive committee of Minerals and Metals Group and previously served as director and deputy chief executive officer for En+ Group Ltd, which manages aluminium and power assets. Michael holds a bachelor of science degree from Monash University in Australia and a master of business administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. "[1]
