"Mr. Michael L. Davis, Mick has been the Chief Executive Officer of Xstrata plc since February 2002. Mr. Davis has been the Chief Executive Officer of Xstrata AG, a subsidiary of Xstrata plc since October 2001. He joined Gencor Limited in 1994 from Eskom, the South African Electricity Utility. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Billiton PLC since July 1997. He served as Executive Chairman of Ingwe Coal Corporation Limited, since 1995. He serves as an Executive Director at Xstrata PLC and served as its Director since February 25, 2002. Mr. Davis served as an Executive Director of Eskom. He served as an Executive Director of Billiton PLC since July 1997." [1]
