Mike has served as Chief Executive Officer of BAA plc, Chairman of HM Revenue & Customs, Operational Managing Director at Terra Firma, and also held a number of senior management positions at Procter & Gamble.

"He is a governor of the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), President of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and was previously Chairman of the West London Consortium, a publicly funded body aimed at improving employment and skills services to residents and employers. He has also served as Chairman of the Market Place Impact Taskforce of Business in the Community."

Also "spent 23 years at Procter and Gamble, culminating in his role as President of Global Homecare and New Business Development."
