"NBTY Europe is the parent company of brands including Holland & Barrett, Julian Graves, GNC,Nature's Way and De Tuinen." [1] In September 2010 the Carlyle Group "Completes Acquisition Of NBTY, Inc. For $4 Billion." [1]
