Neal Moszkowski
Neal Moszkowski has been a director of Integra LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. "since 2006. He previously served as a director of the Company from March 1999 to May 2005. He has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of TowerBrook Capital Partners LP, a private equity investment firm, since 2005. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Mr. Moszkowski was Managing Director and Co-Head of Soros Private Equity, the private equity investment business of Soros Fund Management LLC, where he served since August 1998. From August 1993 to August 1998, Mr. Moszkowski worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. and affiliates, where he served as Vice President and Executive Director in the Principal Investment Area. Mr. Moszkowski also currently serves as a director of Wellcare Health Plans, Inc. and Bluefly, Inc. as well as several privately-owned companies. Mr. Moszkowski earned his B.A. with magna cum laude honors in Economics and History from Amherst College in 1988. In addition, he received his M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1993." [1]
In 1991 he married Amanda Ross Edelbaum (who was in 1991 the director of development at Lawyers for Children, an advocacy group in New York for children in foster care), a daughter of Candy Edelbaum and Jon F. Edelbaum, both of New York. [1]
