Units 1-3, totaling 620 MW, were completed between 1988 and 1996, and have been retired. The units were owned by China Huadian and China Guodian. Shenhua Group's Unit 4, with a capacity of 300 MW, was completed in 2006. Shenhua Group's Unit 5, with a capacity of 600 MW, was completed in 2013. Units 4-5 are also known as units 21-22.[1]
