Nepal Forum of Environmental Journalists (NEFEJ) "has completed two decades of continuous work in the spheres of environmental protection and sustainable development. Formed in 1986 by a group of journalists with an objective of promoting the participation of mass media - both print and electronic - in raising public awareness in these vital areas of national life." [1]
"NEFEJ is also a member of the World Conservation Union (IUCN) and the Asia Pacific Forum of Environmental Journalists (AFEJ) and is a founding member of the International Federation of Environmental Journalists (IFEJ)." [2]
They have worked with Media Services International and the Westminster Foundation. [3]
