New Philanthropy Capital NPC "was set up by a group of leading City financiers who realised that there was no where to go for independent advice on giving. They set up NPC to fill this gap and we were registered as a charity in 2002. Our founders believe that by arming donors with information on the results achieved by charities — and helping charities themselves to get better at focusing on how they change lives — they could help to create change."
