Norman A. Bailey

Dr. Norman A. Bailey is Consulting Economist and Senior Fellow at the Potomac Foundation and a Professor at the Institute of World Politics (IWP). He is the Former Senior Director of International Economic Affairs, National Security Council, 1981-1983 (Ronald Reagan administration); former Professor, City University of New York; and former President of Bailey, Tondu, Warwick & Co., Ltd. (an investment banking firm). He is the author of Latin America in World Politics, Operational Conflict Analysis, and other books and articles." Bailey received: Ph.D. 1962, M.A. 1955, Columbia University, B.A. 1953, Oberlin College.[1][2]
