"Mr. Siewert is a member of the Mondelēz International Board of Directors. Mr. Siewert has served as a managing director for The Carlyle Group, a global alternative investment firm, since April 2007. Prior to that, he was a senior advisor to The Coca-Cola Company, the world’s largest beverage company, from February 2006 to March 2007, and served as Group President and Chief Operating Officer, Asia, from August 2001 to February 2006. Mr. Siewert joined the Kodak Eastman Company, a photographic equipment and supplies company, in 1974, where he served in a variety of roles, including President, Kodak Professional, from 1997 to 2001...
