Biographical Information
Major Sir Patrick Henry Bligh Wall KBE (1981), MC, VRD (14 October 1916– 15 May 1998) was a British senior commando in the Royal Marines during World War II and later a Conservative politician. He was Member of Parliament for Haltemprice, East Yorkshire and subsequently for Beverley. He was a leading figure in the Conservative Monday Club, and a parliamentary consultant to the Western Goals Institute. In the last decade of his life, he was President of the British UFO Research Association (BUFORA). wiki
