Paul Snell
Paul Snell was appointed as a Trustee of Action for Children "in July 2009. Paul was a senior manager and GSCC registered social worker with 13 years experience at Chief Officer, and Chief Executive level, in a number of large and complex urban and inner city local authorities, and most recently as Chief Inspector with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. A successful strategic, professional and operational manager who has led an agenda of significant cultural change and performance improvement in the Social Services Department of a new unitary local authority and the previous social care regulator. Paul now works primarily as an Executive Coach in a range of public, private and third sector organisations as well as being a Board Member for Ofsted."[1]
