"Columnist and author, Pepper de Callier has devoted his career to understanding, counseling, and coaching leaders globally. Formerly a partner at two of the most respected executive search and consulting firms in the world, Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles, Pepper has advised executives in Asia, North America, and Europe at Microsoft, Japan Energy, Emerson Corporation, Boeing, Ericsson, SAIC, Sempra Energy, Hitachi, Oki Semiconductor Company, General Electric, SABMiller, Telefonica O2, Deutsche Telekom, UniCredit Bank, TV Nova, Vodafone, Imperial Tobacco, Heineken, Nokia, RaiffeisenBank, DHL, EuroFarms, Office Depot, Warburg Pincus, Slovak Telekom, McKinsey & Co., and Young Presidents Organization, among many others.

"Pepper is also deeply involved in the development of future leaders. He is a Founding Member of the Supervisory Board of Aspen Institute Prague. He assisted in the design and launch of, as well as being a mentor in, the Odyssey Program for the Vodafone Foundation, which is a highly selective mentoring program for women executives. In addition, he assisted in the formation of Manageria, a Slovakian NGO, focusing on the development of ethical, well-rounded business leaders, and continues to serve as a Senior Advisor and program participant. Pepper is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Zdenek Bakala Foundation, which provides scholarships to the world’s finest universities for Czech citizens and, in addition, serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Lobkowicz Collection, an organization dedicated to preserving, protecting, and sharing with the public the magnificent art, artifacts and buildings returned to the Lobkowicz family in restitution after the Velvet Revolution of 1989 in Czechoslovakia.

"Previously, he served as President of the National Association of General Agents for the Philadelphia Life Insurance Company, Board Member of the William Elliott Education Foundation, member of the Arizona Academy and the University of Arizona Foundation and Guest Lecturer and member of the Advisory Board of the College of Business at California State University San Marcos.

"Pepper holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and the University of Michigan Business School.

"Pepper’s first book, Common Sense Wisdom: Being Your Own Career and Life Coach, was published in 2010 and has been described as “A little book with a big message about life.” His second book, Common Sense Wisdom Volume II: The Unwritten Resume, was published in early 2012."[1]
