Peter Briger "has been a principal and member of the management committee of Fortress Investment Group LLC since March 2002. He received a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Wharton. Briger is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the boards of the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and the Princeton University Investment Company." [1]
In 2006 he became a director of the Global Fund for Children.
