Launched in 2009 by Demos "In this event marking the launch of a major new initative to explore this concept, David Cameron will open proceedings with a keynote speech, followed by Project Director Phillip Blond on the future of progressive conservatism. Demos' Director Richard Reeves will then chair a panel discussion on the insights and limits of progressive conservatism. John Cruddas MP, Will Hutton, Prof. John Gray and Oliver Letwin MP will be among the respondents. The event will conclude with a drinks reception." [1]
