The Project on Justice in Times of Transition website states that it “brings together individuals from a broad spectrum of countries to share experiences in ending conflict, building civil society and fostering peaceful coexistence.” The Project was created in 1992 by Wendy W. Luers and Timothy Phillips, and “is an independent program of the Foundation for a Civil Society in New York working in collaboration with the Institute for Global Leadership at Tufts University.” [1] [2] [3]
