Background on Plant

DPSC received a terms of reference for a 540 MW at village Raibandh in August 2011. However, in August 2014 the power station was not mentioned on the company's list of projects in progress, and as of August 2015 the project has yet to receive environmental clearance. It appears to be abandoned.
