Background on Plant

DPSC received a terms of reference for a 540 MW at village Raibandh in August 2011.[1] However, in August 2014 the power station was not mentioned on the company's list of projects in progress,[2] and as of August 2015 the project has yet to receive environmental clearance. It appears to be abandoned.
