Rend Franke

Rend Franke is the executive director of the Iraq Foundation. [1]

A brief biograpahical note states she "has been active in the post-Saddam transition planning and participated in the April 15, 2003, meeting in Nasariya, where attendees discussed the country’s future. Ms. Francke will be involved in the post-conflict reconstruction of Iraq through grassroots programming, education system reform, and local economic empowerment." [2]
