Richard Hebron is a farmer who raises beef cattle and chickens on 110 acres in Michigan. In 2006, the Family Farms' Cooperative, which he then managed, was the subject of a sting operation by the Michigan Agriculture Department and the Michigan State Police because it sold and distributed raw milk and various raw milk byproducts, including cream, buttermilk, yogurt, butter, and kefir.[1] For more information, see the article on Family Farms' Cooperative.
