Richard McCall "is a seasoned development professional, having spent over ten years working for USAID. Mr. McCall has extensive experience in peace negotiations, and has served as a senior foreign policy advisor for many years. In both the Executive and Legislative Branches of the U.S. Government, his areas of work include Rwanda, Somalia, southern Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zimbabwe, and El Salvador. Mr. McCall is currently Senior Vice President for Programs Creative Associates International, Inc., Washington, D.C. and has served several positions in the U.S. Agency for International Development including Senior Policy Advisor to USAID Administrator Andrew Natsios and Senior Policy Advisor to USAID Administrator Brady Anderson, Chief of Staff to USAID Administrator Brian Atwood. In his last position at USAID, Mr. McCall served as Senior Advisor to the Africa Bureau in the U.S. Department of State as a member of the joint U.S.-U.K. facilitation team overseeing implementation of the Peace Accords between the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Government of Rwanda.
