Richard Squires

Biography

"Mr. Richard Squires, known as Rick, was the Senior Vice President at Intergen. Mr. Squires led the acquisition of Intergen subsequently transferring to the new business in 1998. Prior to 1998, his career was with the Royal Dutch Shell Group as a senior manager in power, coal, shipping and gas subsidiaries in London, Johannesburg and Tokyo. Mr. Squires has extensive experience and knowledge of project development, contracting and financial analysis. Mr. Squires has held senior and board level positions in the energy and power sector. He serves as Non Executive Chairman of FibreGen plc. He is the Chairman at Eclipse Energy UK Plc and Eclipse Energy Company Limited. He served as the Chairman of Good Energy Group PLC since from 29, 2011 to October 2012. He has been a Director of FibreGen plc since May 2008 and Good Energy Group PLC since March 3, 2008. He worked in the UK as a graduate engineer for South Western Electricity. Mr. Squires holds a First Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Studies."
