Biographical Information
"Rick was born and brought up in Leicester. A Chartered Surveyor and a Law Graduate, he now runs his own Property Advice Consultancy, and is President of Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce. He has been a Magistrate for more than 30 years, is a Governor of two city schools, and chairs the Building Schools for the Future group.
