Riley Etheridge
Riley Etheridge "is the Regional Managing Director for Merrill Lynch for the Northern California Region, based in Oakland, California. He began his career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During his 20 years in the industry, he has developed a passion for advancing the professionalism of the financial services industry, and has earned several professional designations, including Certified Financial Planner™, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Riley has been published in the Journal of Financial Planning and, in 1999, Worth Magazine named him one of America's top 250 Financial Advisors.
"Riley moved to Northern California in the late 90's, and his love for the High Sierras and children led him to develop a California program for the national organization Big City Mountaineers, which leads eight-day wilderness trips for inner-city teens. He served as the President of the Board of Directors for BCM from 2003-2005, and continues to serve on the advisory board. He spends his leisure time Nordic skiing and hiking, and enjoys landscape photography." [1]
