Robert C. Macauley, Founder and Chairman, AmeriCares Foundation.

"Mr. Macauley founded AmeriCares in 1982. Prior to AmeriCares, Mr. Macauley founded and served as President of the Virginia Fibre Corporation (now Greif Bros. Corporation). He continues to serve as director at Greif Bros. In addition, Mr. Macauley serves as an advisor to the National Executive Service Corps. and New York Medical College. Previously, he served as an advisor to World Share and Christmas in April. Mr. Macauley graduated from Yale University and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, Air Transport Command, African Middle East Wing, from 1943-45.“ [1]
