The Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute "was developed in response to a growing concern about the divisiveness that seems to be spreading throughout our nation. For too long, Americans have been fed a daily dose of fear-based leadership that serves to divide us and reduce us to single-issue constituencies who make decisions based more on a lack of balanced information than on reasoned, enlightened ideas."
