Biographical Information

"Roger Jackson leads and manages several projects, both in Spirit of America’s Los Angeles office -- and also in the field (Central Asia, Africa.) Roger established Spirit of America's School Partners Program, a series of class-to-class videoconferences between US high schools and schools in Afghanistan.

"Roger has spent most of his career in media, as an executive for the Annenberg Foundation, MTV, iFilm.com, Lexis-Nexis (Asia), Raleigh International (Africa) and Reuters (UK.) He has lived and worked in Zimbabwe, Darfur, Bangladesh, Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Palestine and Hong Kong. Roger has produced several documentary films, including Darfur: Quest for the Human Spirit (2009), No Child is Born a Terrorist (2008), and Arsenic: The Largest Mass Poisoning in History (2005).

"Roger attended the University of Southampton in England (B.Sc.Politics & Law), the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UCLA Anderson School of Management and Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco."[1]
