Ronald J. Ulrich
"Ron has been Chairman of the African Parks Foundation since 2012. His career has been in investment banking and asset management. He established Breithorn Capital Management, a private investment firm in New York, and before that was the founder and Chairman of Equinox Capital Management. His career includes being a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, Inc. where he co-founded their asset management division. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and The New York University Graduate School of Business. He has had extensive experience with non-profit organizations and is on the Executive Committee of The New York Philharmonic. He was a twenty-year trustee of Lehigh University where he is a Trustee Emeritus and served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees from 1996 to 2002. He has also served on the boards of The Lincoln Center of Performing Arts, The Wildlife Conservation Society, The New Canaan Country School, and The Lyford Cay Club where he was on the Executive Committee and Chaired the Finance Committee. HIs wife's conservation interests extend from animal rescue to protection of species and habitat throughout Africa, Asia and North America. He is a life time member of The American Alpine Club." [1]
