Rui de Sousa is a Non-Executive Director of SOCO International plc and has served as a member of the Board since July 1999. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Toro Group for over a decade. Currently, he is also Chairman of Mediterranean Oil Supply and Trading Limitada, a director of Quantic Limited and a director of New Falcon Oil Limited. [1]
