"The seeds of Ruskin Mill (Educational) Trust were sown in 1967, when Robin and Barbara Gordon transplanted their young sons Aonghus and Alasdair from the hothouse of the Ruskin Centre for Art Appreciation in Venice to the cold-frame of a dilapidated former textile mill in Gloucestershire." [1] Their partners are Clervaux Trust and Clervaux Life.

"This MSc is based upon the Ruskin Mill Trust methodology, delivered by Crossfields Institute Hiram Education and Research Department and accredited by the University of the West of England. The fieldwork and instruction for the MSc programme will be conducted at eight supervised placement centres, which are situated within Ruskin Mill Trust and external placements may be considered upon request."
