{{#badges: ToxicSludge}} Saginaw, MI is a city in mid-Michigan, located on the Saginaw River. It was once a lumber town. As of 2008, Saginaw had an estimated population of 55,620.[1]

"The City of Saginaw, Michigan, is the mature urban core of Saginaw County has 17.6 square miles and is 90 miles north of Detroit and 20 miles by river or road from Saginaw Bay/Lake Huron. The 21-mile long Saginaw River courses through town."[2]
