Background

In 2011 the Sahibganj power station received a terms of reference.[1]

As of August 2014, the project appears to be cancelled (i.e. on hold), since there are no press reports confirming its existence and it is not mentioned on the sponsor's website.[2] Nor is it listed in Madhucon's 2012-13 annual report.[3]
