Background

In 2011 the Sahibganj power station received a terms of reference.

As of August 2014, the project appears to be cancelled (i.e. on hold), since there are no press reports confirming its existence and it is not mentioned on the sponsor's website. Nor is it listed in Madhucon's 2012-13 annual report.
