Saul Seigel is the former president and chair of the International Downtown Association. (formerly IDEA)
"IDEA’s success with their EPA proposals was the first step in developing a working relationship with the Federal government. In 1974, then-President Saul Seigel wrote to President Nixon to establish a dialogue on inner cities, and began a relationship with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Members of Congress."
