Biography

"Scott joined Carewatch as Chief Executive officer in June of 2014. Scott joins Carewatch with many years of experience in the home care sector, formally as Executive Chairman at ILS, a Scottish based domiciliary care provider. Scott and his team built up ILS to be the leading Independent Community Care provider in the Scottish market, which was successfully sold to Mears PLC in 2013.

"Scott qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 with Coopers & Lybrand. Since then he has enjoyed a career that has included 10 years in Finance and Strategic planning with Diageo, 6 years with Macdonald Hotels as Group FD and then Chief Operating Officer. Since 2005, Scott has worked predominantly with Private Equity backed businesses in both Chief Executive and Chairman positions."
