Sean Winnett

"Sean is head of government relations for Shell in the UK. He worked in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office 2005-2015, specialising in human rights, East Asia and the Middle East & North Africa. He was posted to Beijing and Geneva, and in London worked as a senior policy adviser in the National Security Secretariat and as private secretary to the foreign secretary. He has an MA from SOAS in Pacific Asian Studies."
