Shauna Sylvester

Shauna Sylvester "is the founder and Executive Director of IMPACS – the Institute for Media, Policy and Civil Society. Since 1996, Ms. Sylvester has worked on a range of media and peace-building initiatives including overseeing a journalist’s training project in Afghanistan and Cambodia, coordinating four policy roundtables on media and peace building, supporting a media and elections project in Guyana, developing a women’s media project in Afghanistan, and working with the international donor community to develop and operational framework on media and peace building."
