Background on Project

Shaya Jinyuan Cogen power station is a proposed 2 x 350 MW combined heat and power (CHP) supercritical coal plant planned for Xayar (Shayar) County in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.[1]

However, with no developments since 2011, the plant appears to be cancelled.
