Background on Plant

The first existing waste coal-fired unit of Shendong Shangwan power station has capacity of 24 MW. The plant is owned by Shenhua Group.[1]

Description of Expansion

Shenhua built two additional 135 MW waste coal-fired units at the plant, which went online in 2009.[2]
