Coal Mine Background

In December 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has ratified the construction of Shicaocun Coal Mine, with a total production capacity of 6Mt/year.[1] The mine started construction in the same year.

In 2011, the Shicaocun Coal Mine began its experimental operation phase.[2]
