Apart from this, She also heads the Education portfolio for The Nabha Foundation. She has 13 years of experience in working in the development space in India.
"Previously, She held the position of Head of Advocacy for ARK (Absolute Return for Kids) India, a Britain based INGO and led ARK's advocacy efforts at the national level as well as across several states of India. Prior to this, she also held the position of Dy. Director of Bodh Shiksha Samiti, a very reputed NGO nationally, working in the realm of education for past 30 years and known world-wide for its large scale educational reform programs with the Government.
"Her personal areas of expertise are managing large scale developmental projects for poor, policy advocacy, managing partnerships and networks, Education management, Educational philosophy and pedagogy and community based initiatives. She holds a Master's degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, specializing in Welfare administration and her research was on training and capacity building of Panchayati Raj Institution members in Bihar."[1]
