Coal Mine Background

In March 2013, the development of Shuicheng Feitian Coal Mine (Phase I) was ratified by the National Development and Reform Commission, with an annual production capacity of 1.2Mt/year.[1]

On July 28th,2015, The Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission approved the preliminary design of the second phase of the Feitian Coal Mine, with a production capacity of 0.9Mt/year.[2]
