Simon Pulsford
"Simon is Consumer Goods marketer by training, and began his career in related roles in Mars and General Mills. For Beecham Group he assumed marketing roles of increasing responsibility, managing blue-chip brands in the Toiletries, Household and Healthcare markets.
As a General Manager within GlaxoSmithKline, Simon successfully managed Consumer Healthcare businesses in markets as diverse and challenging as the UK, Japan, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia and CEE.
"In addition to managing individual businesses, Simon led the £6bn GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Division through multiple large scale changes including:
acquisitions, business integrations and reorganisations; the set-up and leadership of a global operational efficiency programme; which delivered hundreds of millions of pounds of savings.
