In 2007: "Simon Robey has been elected by the Royal Opera House as its new chairman of the board of trustees.
"Robey, head of Morgan Stanley UK, takes over chairmanship from Dame Judith Mayhew Jonas at the beginning of the 2008/09 season in September 2008.
"Alongside his position at Morgan Stanley, Robey is also a member of the governing body of the Royal Academy of Music and a council member of Aldeburgh Music. He has been involved with ROH committees since 2004, and joined the board of trustees in 2006." [1]
